What Does a Concierge Service Do?

In general, a home concierge service is hired when you; the homeowner, wants to outsource some or all the daily responsibilities of your property. We work closely with the homeowner or property manager,from opening and closing the residence before you arrive and after you leave, to arranging housekeeping and landscaping services, we can handle as much or as little of your home care service needs as you desire.  We list below a few common concierge responsibilities.

#1 – Home Care Inspections

We create a customized inspection list for your home. This list is reviewed and checked during each Home Care Inspection. A copy of the itemized inspection report is emailed to you after each visit, so you can be confident that a visual inspection of your home has been completed. We take pictures of any concerns and address them with you for quick resolution.  Our schedule is weekly or bi-weekly depending on your selection.  We work to ensure the property stays in good condition working closely with the owner or property manager.

#2 – Maintaining/Securing the Property

Concierge responsibilities often go beyond basic maintenance of the property.  After departure, we can conduct walk through inspections to ensure all doors, alarms, etc are secure and to the owner/property manager's specifications.  We ensure, the day before you arrive is the property ready for you or your guests??  Is the AC at comfortable temperature, water turned on, alarm off, pool ready, etc.

#3 – Overall Supervision

Our concierge service and role is often a lot more than meets the eye. We establish a relationship and make it personal.  We state, we love your home as if it's our own.  Yes, we can do home checks or we can include the more visible day-to-day errands and services.  That is if the homeowner wishes to utilize the whole spectrum of services and support available. We will work with an experienced team of service professionals that can complete almost any task, no matter how big or small or personal.  Ensure your lawn is cut, house is cleaned, put away perishables from delivery company, bring in packages and dry cleaning, make suggestions for security, etc.

When to call?

Our regular hours of operation are Monday to Friday, 8:00 am to 5:00 pm. However, we do provide reasonable, although somewhat higher, rates for off-hours and weekends.

 

What do we charge?

Because we generally complete a few *errands for our clients, most are billed at fixed rates.
